I generally start day-of items with my customers around a month to a month and a half out from the wedding date. This gives you time to work out what copy your programs, menus, and other items will need.
We will finalize the numbers of everything you need to order about 2 weeks before the wedding, to make sure I have time to print, cut, and assemble all of your pretty items.
The seating chart is typically the last item we will work on. I will need a finalized guest list one week before the wedding, and will need your FINAL approval of the seating chart 4 days before it is needed.
Shipping only available on large items that can be rolled. No shipping for foam board signage.

For printing large foam board signage, I recommend using a local printshop for customers not local to Lexington, Kentucky. I always recommend checking for a small printshop to support, otherwise FedEx is a widely available and easy to use printing solution.
