Gia and Kishwar had a celestial themed wedding that took place in Los Angeles, on May the 4th (aka Star Wars day!!!) For their suite, me and Gia worked together to customize one of my semi-custom collections, to match the vision she had for her paper. We ended up with a gorgeous, light blue set that was sprinkled with stars.

From Gia:

“My event theme was a celestial theme in homage to Star Wars / Los Angeles walk of fame. My stationery was a beautiful periwinkle celestial theme with constellations & stars. It fit into the theme so perfectly because it was delicate and gorgeous exactly how I wanted it to look. Everything from the color to the paper texture was chosen to make the invitations feel like the wedding would feel.”

Which parts of the process did you like? Which parts of your stationery were your favorites?

“I can’t choose a favorite part because I loved everything. Picking my invitation suite was my favorite part of the wedding! I loved choosing my theme, colors, design, down to my personalized monogram!

Star Halo Hairband, Moon Phases Earrings, Velvet Ring Box

I absolutely loved the service!!! Allison was so personable and kind. I could change/add/ subtract with no hesitation. Everything was so beautiful, down to the packaging.”

Gia was a delight to work with, and we had a ton of fun in the process! We had a video chat, which is something that is actually pretty rare for me, but was a great way to feel a little more connected while designing something together from several states away! I had a blast with Gia and Kishwar, and am so glad that they did as well.
