We’ve officially landed on a comet for the first time. As Chris Hadfield pointed out on facebook, “Comets are the original source of Earth’s water. That wee lander is now in position, poised to re-write what we know about ourselves.” This step is such a giant leap forward for us, both in educational opportunities and in the pressing forward the boundaries of exploration in our universe.
